• Tea should be stored in an air tight opaque container in a dry location.
• Tea will begin to loose its flavor in about 1 year. If you like many varieties of tea you may want to buy 2 ounce quantities to keep your tea fresh.
• Most teas make good iced tea, you can use up older tea by making iced tea.
